The geological reserve of Shilin Coalfield is about 589 million tons; the project plan to invest 1.62 billion yuan to construct two Mines, No. 1 with annual capacity of 1.2 million tons and No.2 1.5 million tons. The project will bring about production value of 945 million yuan, and profits 189 million yuan after completion. at present, the work team is getting in contact with Department of Land and Resources of Henan Province and Bureau of coal geology to work out the exploration program. The exploration work will be started in Jun., 2008, and strive to complete as soon as possible resources exploration report in order to achieve an early start. We are now seeking joint venture partners to develop the project.
