of Hebi Coal Industry(group)Co.,Ltd., which is one of
the 520 most powerful state-owned enterprises in China.
According to the Company Laws of People¨s Republic of

of enterprise from the function of society, after reform
and restructure in business, assets, creditor¨s right
and debts, organization and personnel, Hebi Coal Industry(group)Co.,Ltd.,
as a major sponsor, cooperated with North Science And
Technology Development Center of Tsing Hua University,
Tongshan Production and Research Center of China University
of Mining Technology, Hebi Power Group Corporation and
state-owned Hua Zhong Apparatus Plant, and established
Hebi Coal Electricity Co., Ltd. The new corporation¨s
main business is coal and electricity with a complete
sale network. It is registered in Henan Industry and Commerce
Administration Bureau with registered capital of RMB 180
million yuan.
The business aim of the corporation is to achieve the
best economic and social benefits legally. The range of
its business includes coal production and power generation,
coal washing, coal sailing, coal comprehensive utilization,
heating and power supply, new energy development and investment
in related areas.
